Celebrating African Innovation in Natural and Organic Beauty
We were delighted to take part in the Africa Bio-Trade Festival 2025, also known as the Organic & Natural Products Expo Africa. This dynamic three-day event brought together natural, organic, and sustainable producers from across the continent, all united by a shared vision; to elevate Africa’s presence in the global natural products industry.
The expo served as a vibrant platform for networking and collaboration, allowing us to connect with fellow producers, prospective buyers, and investors who share our passion for ethical and sustainable beauty. It also provided an excellent opportunity to market our members’ products and engage in constructive discussions with overseas retailers, exploring new export possibilities and distribution channels.
The main objective of the festival was to bridge the gap between farmers, producers, suppliers, and buyers in the natural and organic products value chain — ultimately promoting beauty, health, and wellness through African-grown resources.
We were especially pleased with the positive feedback and enthusiastic response from attendees, many of whom expressed genuine excitement about Namibian natural cosmetics and oils. The event not only generated meaningful conversations but also led to promising sales and new business leads for our members.
Participating in the Africa Bio-Trade Festival reaffirmed NANCi’s commitment to supporting Namibian producers, promoting indigenous plant-based ingredients, and strengthening Africa’s footprint in the global cosmetics and wellness market.
